Caitlyn Hack

Biography

Caitlyn is passionate about empowering individuals to make lasting changes to enhance their health
and well-being. She recognises that everyone has unique backgrounds and goals, which is why she
adopts an individualised, evidence-based, and empathetic approach to nutrition care.

Her areas of interest include gut health (IBD, IBS, and coeliac disease), weight management, liver
disease, diabetes, women’s health, and sports nutrition. Caitlyn also has a strong passion for
research, recently completing her Graduate Certificate of Health Research Practice at Deakin
University, where she explored ways to improve access to nutrition services for patients treated for
prostate cancer.

In addition to her work as a dietitian, Caitlyn is a Registered Nurse with experience in critical care
and research. She balances her role at Stride with her ongoing research work.

Outside of work and research, Caitlyn enjoys running, Pilates, sipping on iced lattes, and spending
